For over 16 years, I’ve walked the healing path not just as a practitioner, but as a mother, wife, survivor, and woman who’s lived through deep loss, trauma, and recovery. I’ve faced cancer, autoimmune disorders, an accident that claimed my life and set me free at the same time and countless healing loops. What I’ve learned is this, there is no single endpoint called health.

Instead, there is the nervous system’s ability to regulate.

There is the terrain’s ability to drain.

There is the voltage returning to your cells.

There is your body, remembering how to come home.

I don’t offer cookie cutter solutions. I don’t believe in what worked for me will work for you because you are not me and that’s the point.

We are each uniquely wired and biochemically, emotionally, energetically.

That’s why every person I work with receives a protocol that’s deeply personalized and co created.

I don’t just track symptoms I map terrain, read patterns, and guide people back to the root.

How to Begin

I offer a Terrain Clarity Session for new clients a 90-minute consultation where we map your system, identify the blocks, and create a custom healing sequence designed for your unique terrain.

You’ll leave or hang up with me knowing what your body is asking for and why what you’ve tried before hasn’t worked.

From there, we’ll discuss whether you’re ready for the deeper work  which includes voltage restoration, nervous system support, mineral rebuilding, and terrain detox.

But we don’t start there.

We start with listening.

We start with truth.

I’m a mother of two daughters, married to my best friend, and we live a lifestyle rooted in toxin awareness and self-responsibility not perfection. We’ve faced autoimmune diagnoses, anxiety, and environmental sensitivity as a family. These weren’t setbacks they were the spark.

Every experience has been a teacher and that’s what I bring into my work with you.
